Thanks for shopping with Nootz. We ship our shelf-stable coconut smoothies across the United States. Below is everything you need to know about how we get your Nootz to you.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, or international addresses. If you'd like Nootz in your region, get in touch — we're expanding.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Because Nootz is shelf-stable, no special cold-chain delivery is required. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Delivery Time & Costs
Standard delivery typically takes 3–10 business days from dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping rates and any free-shipping thresholds are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking Your Order
You can track your order any time using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email on our Track Your Order page, or by logging into your account.
Damaged, Lost, or Incorrect Orders
We pack carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is incorrect, please contact us at sales@export-lanka.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Returns
Because Nootz is a consumable food product, for health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products. Eligible issues (damaged, defective, or incorrect items) are handled through the process above. See our Refund Policy for full details.
