Refund Policy

We want you to love your Nootz. Because our smoothies are a perishable, consumable food product, our refund policy is built around food safety while still making things right when something goes wrong.
Eligible for a Refund or Replacement
You may request a refund or replacement if your order is:
- Damaged or leaking on arrival
- Defective or spoiled before the best-by date
- Incorrect (wrong flavour or item received)
- Lost in transit
Not Eligible
For health and safety reasons, we cannot offer refunds for:
- Opened or partially consumed products
- Change of mind or dislike of flavour
- Products past their best-by date due to delayed consumption
How to Request a Refund
Email sales@export-lanka.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the affected products. Our team will review and respond, usually within 1–2 business days.
How Refunds Are Issued
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement shipment instead of a refund.
Subscriptions
You can manage, pause, or cancel a Subscribe & Save subscription at any time from your account. Cancellations apply to future orders; orders already processed for shipment follow the standard policy above.
